Looks really nice. Graphically, I'd say it looks closer to the quality of DQIX than FFIII which is a very good thing.
I never touched the GBA ports and I also never played the original FFs before FFVII so those remakes are pretty nice for me. FFV and VI will probably follow the same path.

I truly hope so. It would be very good for the DS portfolio to have the entire FF Saga available, especially with the graphical face lift.
I so want V remade like this. Imagine all those jobs, Gilgamesh, the Elder tree scene in 3D! Oh well, if IV DS does well, I'm sure V and VI DS won't be too far off. Then fans will finally get their wish and see Kefka in 3D.

I really hope they do a 3D remake of FFVI. It'd be a dream come true. In the series,gameplay and storyline wise, FFVI was second only to FFVII imo and it had the best music score of any of the FF games.
Wow! This is a surprise! It's not that long since the GBA port came out. Exciting news I suppose. I'm starting to think there's maybe getting a bit too much FF for the DS though!
