final nook upgrade in AC:WW. I need some help

Can somebody please visit my town in animal crossing. I need the final nook upgrade and somebody has to buy something from tom nook in my town for this to happen. my friend code is 5155-6485-8946. Add me as a friend and give me your friendcode and I'll add you and open my town's gates. thanks in advace!

In order to add you, we also need your character name and town name. For example, my info is the following:

FC: 3480-6114-2307

Name: Matthew

Town: Pinquat

You only need his friend code. You can just make up a town name and character name. When you connect to a town only the friend code has to be right.
