Finally opened Madworld...

I bought the game shortly after its release and totally forgot I even had it. I discovered it this weekend on the shelf, still in the plastic! I had a friend over that is kinda on the rocks with buying a Wii so I thought I might as well show him this game (as I heard it was amazing). Well, just minutes into it we were all laughing like mad, and having a blast torturing and killing the enemys in the most sick and twisted ways possible! THis game is absolutely hilarious! I can't say I feel bad paying $50 for it as its worth every penny. Great use of the controls, amazing graphics/art style, and absolutely fun to play. Besides the language and blood being over the top and downright offensive/disgusting....its a gem.

Although I heard its really short, I can see the replay value in this game will be great. What are you guys thinking? Still a good game, or has everybody forgotten about it and moved on?

Another thing that completely blew me away is the lack of controversey over this game. I mean , seriously...this makes GTA:IV look like Barbie's Horseback Adventures!

I thought it was a pretty good game but I didn't like the soundtrack I thought it might have been better if it was a rock themed soundtrack rather then rap and I just wish the Wii had more games like this I'd like to see a sequal to Madworld.

I loved it. The gore. The Sin City style. The soundtrack. The commentators. Everything flowed nicely.

Yeah, it's hilarious, and the controls are great. I loved the graphics too.

I haven't played it yet, but bought it months ago. Probably means I won't actually get around to playing it for another 5 years.

Madworld is a pretty cool game, I hope they make a sequel :D

I actually didnt really like it...it was way too short and I had no desire to play through it again.

Im actually really really excited for this game now, ive been stuffaling over if i should buy it.

Haha, I'm glad you're enjoying it. I must say, it looks rather fun indeed. :P I'll be purchasing it when it has a price drop ... just because I read that the single player isn't too long, and I don't have that much money anyway. :(Darkmagcite

It's about a 6 hour game. It was talked about very heavily for about 2 weeks, then pretty much vanished because most everyone beat it.

Yeah I got it fairly recently myself and I am having a blast with it. The game is just pure fun.
