Hi, I'm thinking of getting a Wii, so... :)
First of all I wan't to ask all of you Wii owners(plz no P$3/360 fanboys) is the Wii worth it cuz as much as I'v seen on GS, they give pretty sucky raiting for most of the games. Also if I'm not a big MP fan that will not probably have my mates ower here every weekend. But I don't really care much for the graphics as well
So is it as good/bad as they say it is? What game should I get for it if I'm going to buy the console?

I like it a lot, so I recommend buying it if you can find one. As for games, Twilight Princess, Godfather, Warioware... Just read reviews and choose the one you think you'll like the most.

It's a very good console, just there aren't many games out that are worth it yet. The only games i say are good on Wii are Wii Sports, Zelda and Wario.(I only have those 3 anyway.) But others will tell you there are other good games. But the main thing about buying a Wii, is it's not worth buying with such a narrow library of games. I say buy one if you really want one, but just warning you that there aren't alot of games worth buying yet. :P Gonna have to try them out though, see if you think they're worth it.

I think it's a great console, with the original Wii titles as well as GameCube backward compatibility and Virtual Console titles. As for a game, buy Zelda: Twilight Princess and/or Super Paper Mario (out next week).

I love my Wii. I don't own a 360 or a PS3 and probably never will.

I am anxiously awaiting online multiplayer, because like you, I don't have people over often, and my wife only plays video games so often..

Anyhow, everyone is going to recommend the same crap to you, Zelda, WarioWare, and Super Paper Mario.

But if you want some real recommendations, try Sonic and The Godfather, depending on your tastes. Zelda is great, but nothing the GameCube couldn't pull off with ease (and without the stupid waggle sword controls). I'd still recommend it, but it's not the best game out for the Wii, in terms of fun factor or motion-control usage.

Red Steel is underrated, but it's not a great game. You might find some enjoyment in it though.  Call of Duty 3 might be a better option, if you're not sick of WW2 shooters.

i own both the wii and 360 and i strongly reccomend the 360, though the wii is still good.
