I actually saw a Wii sitting on store shelves   Three actually.... of course the only reason (WalMart) had them in stock was because they had just gotten a new shipment within the past day.  Just a heads up though, some people might want to check their local WalMart for Wii's.  They also got new shipments of DS'.

It's amazing how rare it is to see a Wii sitting on store shelves, I almost felt like buying one just because I found one.... even though I already have one :P

The new fiscal year has begun, and as has been expected, Nintendo will ramp up production to pad their new year numbers.  The business year starts in April, which most people don't know.  Nintendo did this on purpose, and the availability of the Wii being what it is now, that should be proof.  I wouldn't be surpised if you saw 5 Wii's on every store shelf by the end of May.

it's a rare sight.

Wii's are usally all Snapped up with in Minutes of being Put out.

But it will start becoming More common to see them sitting on shleves, once the demand is met that is, and who knows when that will be? Next Month? A few Months? 2008? 2009?

^ it's true.

I live in Alberta, and every Sunday there is a Line up out side of Toy's-R-Us about 100+, and they only get like 10-20 wii's per shipment.

I only seen one on a shelf and i only seen that because a guy had bought one and put in on a shelf to get money from his pocket.
