For those who don't have a 3ds..

What game would have to be released on it that would make you buy one with no questions asked?

I already have one but if I was on the fence it would have to be devil may cry.

Well personally. I was originally gonna wait for my 3DS until June when Zelda came out but due to fears that they might get sold out. I'm gonna get one on my birthday which is on the 26th later this month. And I figure it's the best time to get it because the eShop will most likely be out or like a day away or so from coming out. So I wouldn't go too far without it and also I just gotta wait a littler over 3 weeks for Zelda to come out. Till then I'll most likely get Dead or Alive or Ridge Racer to hold me over.

I'm planning on picking up my 3DS in June along with Ocarina of Time and possibly RE: Mercenaries.

honestly? if it costed $250 here i'd probably have purchased it as a birthday gift for myself last week just because of megaman legends 3 prototype.

but since it costs 3 times that price, i'll have to wait for the chance to ask a friend to buy it/travel abroad.

Getting one this week or the next. I feel like a little kid, never experienced proper 3D so I can't wait to see it :D I don't know if I should wait for Oot or get DoA. Either way I did buy GTA: Chinatown Wars to keep me busy for a while.

and my self i can not wait for super mario bros 3ds thats onegame im sure many will be getting and it will spike 3ds sales, thats a guarantee

I'm just broke now so it's that that is holding me back. But if I did have the money, I might wait till June or so seeing as more games would be out then. In the meantime though, I will be looking forward to Super Mario 3DS, Resident Evil: Revelations, Kid Icarus and Mario Kart....:P
