I was looking into buying one for both a desktop at the other end of my house and for the Wii in the living room. I was just wondering which would be best (for a gamer and consumer)

Or any experiences you've had will help me as well...THANX!!

No not really, Nintendo.com gives step by step directions to change the channel to 1 or 11. The set-up is very easy.

im using the netgear DG834GT. it has one problem though....the way it deals with wep keya and the way that the DS deals with wep seem different. no matter what i try...i cant get my DS to work with this router when wep is enabeled. this means that i only have mac address filtering up and running which is annoying.

besides that, no complaints. i have 3 laptops, 2 computers, a wii, a PS3, a 360 and a DS lite (bar the encryption) all working fine with it.

linksys, netgear, and d link. I would recommand linksys because a lot of ppl has it in this forum and if ur stuck, u can ask them for help. I have a Netgear newer model, it works perfectly, even faster than average, and it fits perfectly with my wii!(colour)

I use a Turkish engineered brand called Airties.(I'm Turkish) I don't know if they sell it in the usa though. I used to have a us robotics 9108 but the connection used to cut off pretty easily. Now with airties, i have no problems.

Click here to see some info about airties, it's the best router i've used. ( i used zoom and us robotics before )

It's a ******-G (Not sure what the model number is right now.) It works perfectly with my Wii, but my DS has had some problems with it.

I had a D-Link that was on sale at Future Shop so I picked it up. I just took it back because I got new DSL that has wifi built into the modem so I don't need it any more though.

Make sure you password your wireless network! Until I got my own wireless I was mooching off my neighbour's to play my DS for MONTHS :P.

D-Link DGL-4300.... I've had it a year now and never had to reset it.
