Frame rate issues in Spirit Tracks

Does anybody else have frame rate issues in it?

like when im in the train in the forest realm and the three enemies appear the frame rate goes down a lot

theres also other times but im wondering if anybody else has this problem or if it is my copy or somethin

No, i have the same problem. Mine is fine normally but when im on the train and 3 or more enemies appear on screen (such as pirates) the frame rate decreases dramatically and it all goes a bit laggy, it could have been avoided when you look at how much Kingdom Hearts 248/2 days or Ninja Gaiden: Dragon Sword have on screen at one time.
