Nothing would make me happier than to go in tues afternoon to pick this up. But No one...like no one, including gamestop employees seem to know when exactly it will hit shelves. The sunday ads this week each have diff dates. Toys R Us reads "Available Tues after 5".......not that i read the Toys R us ads......anywho.......yeah so Best Buy Circuit city and Target have it for wed....and it says "Subject to change" Does ANYONE here have any inside info on the Official date/time we can get it?
I really hope my GameStop has it Monday... I'll be anticipating it all day... and it would really suck to have it come out Tuesday. But then again... Wednesday is worse so... Tuesday works.
I called my local Walmart, Circuit City, Best Buy, Gamestop, and Target. Walmart didn't even have it in stock yet, and all of the other stores told me that they can't sell the game until Tuesday.
I know Nintendo World is selling it on Monday at midnight, so I'm feeling pretty good. They sold Phatom Hourglass early, and I was there, so I migt want to check in on monday to see if it's playable then.
I'm hoping Best Buy has it on Monday and since some of them are already selling it hopefully mine will have it. I got a Target ad in the mail today saying it'd be in on Tuesday.
I wish it would be in stores on Monday but most likely on shelves on Tuesday in the afternoon at most places. I hate that about video games. They give the date of their shipment as if it's the release date. Why can't it be more like, say, DVD's. I want a set date and to be able to walk into the store when it opens and grab the game. Not wait for the next day and stand around the store waiting for it to arrive. I'm really annoyed by that.
ship date is the 12th, meaning it will be there on 13th. the only games that are rreleased on the day they say they are, are games that are street dated, meaning the stores game them in before the release date
