Do you ever think there will be Gamecube games available for download on the VC? Maybe for around 2000-3000 Nintendo points?

Gamecube games take up hundred's of megabytes of space on a GCN disk. The Wii doesn't have a harddrive big enough to hold that (512 is the last I've heard). Besides, it PLAYS GCN games, which you could buy for something quite an assload cheaper than $30 if you bought it used.

No, it would be cheaper just to buy the actual GC disc new or used.

What is it with people wanting gamecube games on vc anyways? Do they even think about how much of a longshot it is? Sorry, if you missed out on the gamecube but the chances of it on vc are nonexistent, look for the games in used game stores and ebay if you're interested.

...But this is a Wii, it has no harddrive and is lightyears behind the XBox 360 and PS3 in terms of technology and design.

And also, if I may quote myself, I want to add that Microsoft and Sony really don't make as good of a use of their classic game libraries as they could. XBOX Originals only get added once in a blue moon, and I am sure Sony is about the same.

PS3 has PS1 games and the 360 can have a 350GB hdd in it and XBL doesn't have very many Xbox games.

No. They'd rather add motion controls and charge you $30 for them. But its backwards compatible and you can probably find whatever GCN games your looking for cheap on ebay or elsewhere.

nope, never, that's what backwards compatibility is for. besides, 3 GC games and your internal memory would be blowing up.

....... Why? You can play GC games on the Wii, and it doesn't take up any of the memory's space.
