games like SSBB, SMG and metroid etc

ok some of you know tat halo 3 is commin fallish(if not you do now) Nintendo will leave one of the big guns for it we all know but which one would you think theyd put in place....

SMG-will sell like crazy and thats no question

Metroid if they get online it could rival the Halo online(if its done right...*coughhunterscough*)

or SSBB i mean this game will sell more than both combined just becous e of the name with online it will own harder than ever before or would they save it for another big game like Gears 2(which is along way away but i doubt theyl;l keep it for gears)

then if one of those are picked where would the other 2 go?

I don't think Nintendo can do much to compete with a game like Halo. All they can do is try and take away a bit from its overall sales. I would personally rather buy a 360 and Halo 3 than SMG, SSBB and MP3.PikaPichu

I disagree, if Ninty decided to hype one of their top guns, Halo would face some competition.  However, in the North American market alone, Halo will carry more weight vs. Japan which will be way more Ninty focused.

I think that Nintendo should avoid the Halo launch at the same time Microsoft should avoid Ninty's 3 top guns.  Blockbuster games at the same time can have one or the other be overlooked.

most people could tell you they know all about mario and his plumbing green bro. but i bet if you asked 10 random people(who dont look like gamers, ex. they are over 35), they would say WTF is halo.

but that just what i think. but yes halo will be something to contend with for sure. ive only played the first one but i know its a pretty good game.

I think Nintendo have to think smart about this. Halo is gigantic and will most likely outsell any Nintendo games (sadly). I think they should release something like Metroid Prime 3 before Halo 3. Even though it's not as popular as Halo, fans of the game will flock to buy it even if they have a X360. Ahhh, that's what I think. LOL didn't really think about it.
