games with the best story

I am looking for a game that will keep me busy for a bit on the DS, I am hoping that you guys can list some games that have a really good story followed by solid gameplay that will keep me engaged. I have played a few games like World Ends With You and pokemon which doesnt count much story wise. I know there is a gamelist but that doesnt really help me much.

Legend of Zelda Phantom Hourglass? The gameplay is great. The story is decent though.

Advance Wars: Dual Strike should keep you occupied for a while. There's a lot of things to unlock in that game.

Rune Factory (either first or second). Great storylines. Good boss battles. Romance is better in 2.

Phoenix Wright series-some of the best story you can get on DS.

Also you could try FFIV and Professor Layton 1,2.
