Games you like enough to....

Buy again?

So tonight I was getting ready to enjoy some late night Mario Kart racing and my hand went slightly to the side of the disc slot and the game hit the console inside of inserting. It made me a little nervous, but fortunately there was no damage done. But, it got me thinking, what games in my collection do I like enough that I would actually purchase them again, should the unthinkable happen.

For me, my list would be:

Super Mario Galaxy

Mario Kart Wii

Wii Sports (gotta have it, don't play it too often, but always a hoot when I do play and a must for showing off the console)

Guitar Hero (the games are so cheap that I feel it would be a little silly of me not to buy the game when I would have the instruments with nothing to do)

So, what games would you purchase again should something happen to them, or if it is the case, what games have you purchased more than once?

Metroid Prime 3 Corruption i will be getting it again when i get ther Metroid Prime Trioligy when it comes out

If my games broke I would replace my whole collection G.

Cool, love to see what everyone has to say. My list is kind of sad at the moment, but after this holiday season there will be a few to add to that list, I'm sure.

I've never techincally bought a game more than once because of it getting broken or anything like that, the only thing I've done is buy games from system to system. I have Yoshi's Island on SNES and DS and then I have Super Mario Bros for NES, SNES and DS, but that really isn't the same since I got them for new content and also because I wanted the game for a new system.

By the way, CorruptAndrew, I just had to say, I love the picture!

Mario Kart, Brawl, and Guitar Hero. Way too much party fun and replayability to not have those games on hand.

Klonoa, Twilight Princess, No More Heroes, Super Mario Galaxy, Brawl, Okami. Most of the games I have are pretty good, but Brawl is easily the best multiplayer on the console so that's always worth having around for that reason, and the other five games are my five favorite games on the Wii.

SMG, TP, MP3, WW, OOT(got three versions), SMB 3, AlttP, ect,.

Nearly all my game in my current possession are keepers that will be immediately replaced it they happen to be lost somehow.

FALLOUT3 - will buy the goty version for ps3 when it will be released

Super Mario Galaxy and No More Heroes.And I actually do own two copies of Twilight Princess; the Wii one and the GC one.

There are alot of games that I own that I'd buy again. Crysis, Crysis Warhead, Command & Conquer the first decade, Dawn of War, etc... unfortunately, the only Wii game I'd buy again is Mario Kart Wii.

I love seeing so many Wii games that would be purchased again.

There really isn't a game in my collection I don't like... Well, I can't say that, I don't like Rig Racer it is only the second game I have ever bought that I 100% regret. I like all my games, but I have a lot of games that were mostly purchased to play with friends/family when there weren't as many options available, like Carnival Games, Wii Play, etc. I would be really upset to lose any of my games, but the three from my original lists are the ones I would buy again without hesitating.

For me, it would really be a matter of deciding if I want to spend $20, $30 or $40 again because I liked the game enough to get it again or if I would rather put the money to use on another game.

Other than Rig Racer I play every game I have on ocassion and I like them all, but if something were to happen I know I would replace those three and would have to think the others over.

Super Mario Galaxy, Corruption, Brawl, Punch-Out, Zack and Wiki, Boom Blox Bash Party, Mario Kart Wii and Animal Crossing. I would only buy those again if I lost them.

Metroid Prime 3: corruption. What else?

Guitar Hero and Twilight Princess. I mightn't play Twilight Princess again but I wold like to have a working copy of all the Zelda games I play.

I probably will have to buy super mario galaxy again; it's all scratched up :(

Well back when MarioKart Wii came out, Gamestop had a pretty descent Trade-In deal. The deal was to trade in 2 Wii games and you get MarioKart for just $10. So one of the games I traded in was Need For Speed Carbon and though I Mariokart Wii is one of my favorite Wii Games, I regret trading in NFS. I've been trying to get it back ever since....:(
