To me it seems that Gamespot is against Nintendo because they give crummy ratings to great games such as Zelda.  Other game sites rate it in mid to upper 9s, Gamespot 8.8.  Other games that I have I give big scores to, they give horrible scores to.  Am I right or just to much of a  Nintendo fan boy?

Gamespot reviewers=Not real gamers.

Their opinions on lots of games on most of the systems are crap. In my opinion Gears of War did not deserve a 9.6. The game had no real replay value in it.

8.8 is crummy? :|

Also, realize this, they have a different opinion than you and me. Not everyone will think like you. nd plus, some of the crap that's on the wii deserve those scores *coughubisoftports*

BTW, play the game yourself and make your own judgement. Gamespot is not against nintendo.

Either way, i think people would enjoy reading your sentense a lot better if it were typed with consistancy

I second that.   I also want to add that just because you (thread starter) like a game, it doesn't mean it is perfect or flawless or deserving of a perfect score.  I don't like Halo, should I start a thread saying that GS is biased because I think Halo sucks so it must be fact?

I will also point out that reviews often have these things under the score called "words."  If you follow the "words" it goes into greater detail of what the reviewer liked or didn't like and why.  You can then read that and make up your own mind on whether or not you will like the game.

We live in a sad world where people think everything either sucks or is awesome.  There is no middle ground or layers of quality anymore.

You're too much of a fanboy.

Reviews, at the end of the day, are OPINIONS.  Everybody is going to have a different take on what a game deserves as a score.  For me, I agree with Gamespot's review of Zelda:TP, but at the same time, I have no problem with people thinking it deserves more.

The problem with people today is that they DON"T READ.  They see a score and come up with their own conclusion.

I think they read...they just read the forums instead of the reviews.  Then they see fanboys bashing a game because it didn't score 11 and instead of enjoying the game they go cry.
