At this point I don't see the big difference between paying 50 for a game on any of my systems. I just want there to be good content.
And to Mr Darth sir you have hated on the 3DS almost everyday since it was announced

Hated on? Are things really this black and white?
Can't we have a discussions about the pro's and con's of the device? And I was always the person posting threads on how excited I was for the DS2, and then the 3DS, and how I hoped it would come out in Fall 2010, why i thought it would, why I was wrong, and how excited I am for Star Fox 64 (I've said numerous times that I hope it has online multiplayer ) and Paper Mario, Mario Kart, Mercs 3D (looks like shallow fun, but a lot of fun nonetheless) and the remake of one of the greatest games of all time, ok two remakes of two great games (MGS3 and OOT)
And Bruno, that post wasn't directed entirely at you, so I apologize for quoting you and making it seem that way
I just really, really hate this attitude of pure 3DS dominance, that no single one of us who are consumers want to questions things about the device and hope to change it in the future. Bruno, you do not have this attitude. But the internet in general has it.
The only way we will change things is if we respond with our voices and our money.
Evidentally we haven't done enough to stop friend codes from being in the 3ds, and in turn very likely to be in the Wii 2, because Street Fighter confirms they are there, to what extent we don't know. Could be one per system, which really wouldn't be bad (a user name would be preferable but hey i'm ok with a single long code) I will be enjoying 3DS games the whole time I own one, launch until whenever, and I will accept the device for its strengths and weaknesses, like I did with the Wii and DS, I just don't want to hear people complaining when they realise all the hardware issues after launch Nintendo is known for, being short sighted and all.
If people on this forum, and people on the internet, are willing to crown the 3DS the winner of next generation, and throw their dollars at Nintendo without as much as saying one criticism of the device, don't complain when Super Meat Boy gets canned on WiiWare because they can't get the file size down or don't want to deal with Nintendo's silly downloadable pricing schemes, try to do something about it when the device is coming out, and maybe just maybe they will fix it sooner rather than later.
Whether its losing 3rd party support due to lack of space on Cartridges 10 years ago, lack of storage on Mini-DVDs, or lack of storage on the console's internal memory, or silly pricing schemes that make small/big developers wait to see returns on WiiWare/DsiWare sales, lack of Wii Motion Plus at launch, Nintendo hardware always has a flaw, usually more than one. I can't say I expect 3DS to be any different, I just hope it to be less so.
Now I Know people aren't going to read that wall of text, so I'll summarize if you've gotten this far: Don't complain in a year or two if you're going to blindly praise a product and hand over your money to any business when you realise the product you bought isn't everything you want/need it to be.
You're right, I didn't read the massive wall of text but I read the last bit so thanks for summarizing it. I have seen very negative post by you but I don't see anything wrong with that. I thought that most things you have said were relevant complaints. Except for the thing about RE might not be able to hold framerates when it releases. I don't think capcom would do such a thing. That being said, most things you say are pretty good arguments. As for the price? Eh I've done all the math and have always used a worst case scenario, so I'm ready for anything.Thanks. I understand I can be a bit over zealous with my posts, and forgive me if I am ever too dramatic at times.
Yea I'm good for that worst case scenario, and I hope Capcom makes Revelations look awesome when it comes out just like it looks in previews right now
