Does any one else think there should be some way to sell VC games back to nintendo, even if it's just for a fraction of the price? There are a few games i've bought that realy weren't as good as people had made them sound, and now i'm wicing i could get a few dollars back to put them towards a new VC game.

This is the same thing with the other systems, once you pay for a downloadable game, its your forever. I think you should do extreme research on future games you want for the Virtual Console before downloading them. Thats one reason why my taste in games are so strict, so I except only the best.

No.

Nintendo gains nothing from it. And in fact they would lose money from it.

But research doesn't always cut it. I heard people going on and on about how great Mario Kart 64 is, but I played it and didn't like it.

Without any way to play before we buy, I think there should be some for os return for digital distribution

I think there should be a way of demo-ing games before you buy them. Just putting games on a 10 minute timer before asking us to pay would be fine.

The least Nintendo needs to do is to give us the option of viewing larger pictures of the games. I can't ever see what's going on in those tiny picture they have on the shop channel. Just let me zoom in Nintendo! Zoom!

would be nice but that wont happen.

i would like the ability to send stuff ive bought to a friend though. i know theres a gift system running but thats only for stuff ure buying.

so if im finished with paper mario say, i can send it as a gift to my mates wii. it means that i loose the right to play it and he gains it. its the one downside of DD...that kind of exchange isnt possible.

lets say they decided to that for the next gen... all they would do is raise the price by the amount they would give you back... insead of charging $5 for a nes game they would charge $7 and then refund you $2...

all this would do is raise the price for everyone even those that wouldnt sell it back.

No. Honestly I don`t see how this makes any sense, why would they give you your points or money back for you to simply delete a game from your system?

True, I have the same problem, but I try the best I can to see if the game can fit my needs or not.

Well in order to enjoy Mario Kart 64, you have to try it with friends. That's what made it so great

No, I think they should have a timed demo of each game that you can play before you buy it to know if it is any good.

They still profit, but they lose some of the profit that they make now. Why settle for $3 when you could just as easily get $5?

Im sure that if you really didn't like your game, you could call nintendo and demmand a refund for your money back nd convince nintendo you would buy another console unless you get a refund.

Of course they should not give you your money back.

What Nintendo needs is to have demos for the VC games like XBLA has so you can try games out that you don't know about.

Im sure that if you really didn't like your game, you could call nintendo and demmand a refund for your money back nd convince nintendo you would buy another console unless you get a refund.

That's funnier than the topic of this thread. Maybe I should call up MS and tell them that my gamerscore is so high they should send me some money because I would likely use it to buy their games.

I recommend that yo play first the game you want through an emulator, it is perfectly legal as long as you delete the rom within 24 hours after you download it. Daxol
inspite of what those sites tell you, it's not legal under any circumstance

Yes, that's a good idea! I agree. I'd like a way to sell a VC game license, and getting credit back would be cool.

The only reasonable conclusion to this would be to offer a timed download of the game so you could try it before you buy it. "Selling back" downloaded content is kind of an absurd idea.

No, there should most definately NOT be a system in place that lets you sell back games you downloaded. Nintendo doesn't make any new money that way, and if that were the case people would pay 2000 wii points once and just keep trading the points in to try whatever game they feel like trying. Just no.
