if you look in the 'special book' you should see that most of the things are missing and many of them are either to get a gold medal or to get a number of silver medals. I'm assuming that if you get a gold it will count towards your silver medals because I think right now I've got 3 gold medals, 1 silver and the rest are either bronze or don't have anything. so yeah just look in that special book at the begining when the game loads up. Yeah I haven't even looked in the special book. Ive been to busy trying to beat the game first then I figured Id go back and get all the gold medals I just wish there was a guide so I knew what I had to do to get gold.
yeah I've not finished the game yet either, but I think that the medals are given on a time trial like basis, as you get given the time at the end of each mission. Oh and the only reason that I've really looked at the special book was because I kept getting messages after every couple of missions saying that stuff had been added to the book.
