Only with the stylus? The only one I've played is " Elite Beat Agents" and that was a nice game! I've also played the two Phoenix Wright games and they were incredibly good! (although, stylus use for the second Phoenix Wright is completely optional)

The three best, stylus-only, games I've played are FFIII, Star Fox Command and MvsDK2, RPG, Shooter and Puzzle, respectively.

All have pretty dead-on control, too.

Phoenix Wright does a great job on fully using the graphics on the DS. It is one of the very few DS games that I like the graphics and has a strong storyline.
