I dont have a ds yet, but what multiplayer games are there that are online and will keep u playin for a long time? i know metroid is a good 1 and mario kart, but any others besides those 2? thanks
Metroid could own almost any online DS game, but if you try to play, you will most likely die right away because online players (even people with 1 star) are hardcore.
Try diamond and pearl (and opal).Its a blast trading pokemon with the japanese, and pokemon battling with voice chat can be a blast. Theres also a ton of offline things to do.
Metroid and Mario Kart have good online structure, but you'll get frustrated with the opponents you find online. Metroid players are ridiculously good, and Mario Kart is full of "snakers": people who mini-turbo constantly. If you think you can handle either of those then go for it, but Pokemon is definitely less frustrating when it comes to players you meet online.
Bleach is my 2nd favorite game online because its a fighting game online, with ranking and a 2 v 2 or 1v1v1v1 battle online. Some people can be cheap in that game though.
Also, Custom robo is a good online multiplayer game, you get to make your robo and battle online.

Seriously, this game is more reliable than any others out there and it's hilarious fun. The difficulty ranges greatly, as there are tons of people that play online.
