open the flap in front of the wii, there should be a red sync button, now open the battery compartments of your wii remotes, you should also see a red button in each controller. turn the wii on, then press the red button on the wii, followed by the red buttons on the controllers. this should sync them up and all should be working fine again.

I can't vouch for Grand Slam since I haven't played it. Though, Virtua Tennis is seriously an awesome awesome awesome game. I highly recommend it. The controls take a while to understand/realized. Once you get it, playing is a dream.

I'm thinking of getting Virtua Tennis 2009. I will wait till I get Wii Motion Plus.

...and hey, it's not like 1:1, but it's a hell of a lot better than anything else I've played. Again, I'm a huge fan of Mario Tennis 64 and Virtua Tennis from the Dreamcast. This obviously plays like Virtua Tennis from the Dreamcast, but it also has a similar feel to Mario Tennis 64.

Watch this. It shows all of the Wii Motion Plus games. Grand Slam looks a lot better.

Well, those guys weren't playing Virtua Tennis correctly. They needed to be following through more and were pretty much just waggling their wiimotes. Again, Virtua Tennis requires a bit of time to understand and control it.
