I think its mostly sweat because I don't play DS when my hands are greasy, but anyways what is the best way to remove it? I was thinking rubbing alcohol but I don't wanna take the finish off or anything...

I usually lick my shirt then wipe it. The saliva usually dries off quickly.

I recommend that you use a microfiber cloth, just damp it a bit with some water then wipe your DSi with it.

I get that Sweat marks on my DSi I just ignore it and when I'm done playing put it in my Carrying case and then the next day all those marks are gone.

A wet paper towel should work just fine. If you need something stronger use Windex on a paper towel. And don't use saliva - it just leaves new streaks.
