GS needs to review Rondo of Swords!!!

Nintendo Power gave it a 6.5, said it wasn't that good. at all. I'd get The World Ends With You insteadTalesofRaGnArOk

I agree...but I might pick up Rondo later when its cheaper.

I played it and I'll give a fair review here:

I give it a 5.

Pros:

• Cool anime style
• Strategy is innovative
• Requires strategic planning
• Long game

Cons:

• Extremely hard, punishing difficulty
• Frustrating
• Errand system and item buying is poor
• Not enough heal items
• Very niche and hardcore for most
• Story not as engaging
• Low budget presentation

They do, probably give it a 6 though.

i would probably give it an 8/10

It's ridiculed for being something different, and giving a challenge. Ironic, when all gamers complain about is for games that challenge them.

Touching on what I said about being ridiculed, great ideas often are shunned from the beginning. History proves that. Rondo of Swords has some great ideas, which should continue to be implemented in similar games.

The thing about Rondo of Swords though, is that it fulfilled aspects gamers wanted. Now, it's a "horrible" game for accomplishing them. A fine example of how people don't actually know what they want, or just find every reason they can to complain.

I agree with ASK_story: Rondo is quite hard, but i still love it (so far)

Yes get The world Ends with you. Possibly the best DS game out there...

From what others are saying Rondo of swords isn't that good.

It took them +2 months to review Bleach: Blade of Fate, and it's the best fighter on the system, as well as a Treasure-made game.

I don't think handheld games are very high on the priority list.

You don´t need to wait for GS score. Go check some magazines or other sites.

I'm not sure where they're at now but there was just a mass exodus of employees.

I really doubt under the radar games are their priority right now.
