Gta 4 on the wii

No it shouldn't. The port would be terrible.

Maybe if they altered the graphical style and made the story less realistic and have a different main character (like a Stories game).

Good luck getting it to run on the Wii without cutting it down half the size. I'm not trying to bash the Wii or anything, but it can't handle GTA IV.

It just wouldn't work.

They should be able to put III, Vice City and San Andreas on the Wii, but IV would have to be cut down quite a bit.

i rather play either san andreas or a direct sequal to it, ,same gameplay style more customization ,, same graphics if not a lil more better,

so no i wouldnt want gta iv even if its possible , which isnt without downgrade so might as will consider choice 1 , ,

Thats what everyone said about modern warefare 2 and BAM IT HAPPENED!!!!!

chinatown wars was a new handheld game made for the DS from the ground up and has a top down view. If we're gonna ask for a GTA4 on wii, we're basically asking for a port, as i doubt rockstar would waste time on making it from ground up for the wii to cater to a market that doesn't play those types of games anyway.Sonick54

it never happened, we got MW1 instead my friend. I was skeptical about MW2 being able to even fit on the Wii, but I seriously think it would be done. Dualed layered disc or whatever, I really think it could be. The maps are big, but they're not that big. In fact, I think they just seem more open if anything.

GTA will never be on any nintendo console again sadly, after rockstar saw how badly the acclaimed china town wars failed on the ds.... even I would never turn back as a nintendo fan.

I wouldn't buy it even if itdid happen.

that's one series that I could careless if it comes for a Nintendo Console.....but Nintendo Handheld is ok. I liked China Town Wars on the DS.

I hate GTA. its one of the worst games ever made. the stupidity of american pop culture in the game kills brain cells.

GTA 4...wasn't that good.

You are probably better off purchasing one of the other consoles. Even if there was a Wii port, it would likely be a vastly downgraded version of the original.

I wouldn't mind it. I have it for PS3, but if they ported it to Wii I might give it a try, especially if it has motion controls similar to The Godfather Wii.

i would rather get gta2>a3 than that piece of crap gta4.
