That was unexpected!

Wow. If I learned anything from this review, it's that Gamespot just really loves GTA. But even if their love for the series inflates the score a little, I was still planning on getting this game.

I'm psyched GTA is getting such AMAZING ratings across the board from everyone. Now I absolutely have to get it :)

I thought GS would give it a 9.0 at the most because DS games seem to top there, so a 9.5 is tres impressive!

I WAS CRYING TEARS OF JOY WHEN I READ THIS! It really doesn't matter about the graphics. :D this just made my day!

Not only did they say it was good but one of the best games GTA games to date! That made the black hole in my heart die and give birth to somthing a little bit bettter...or maybe not!

You kinda would, considering all the hype GS has been giving to GTA these past few days and anyways, it's probably a really great game.

i totally agree with the rating. the game really shows off the ds' capabilities. and it gives a new spin on the whole gta gameplay like we've never seen.

I already knew it was going to be the best, even way before it even came out.

It seems like it's a consensus among many gaming sites that this game is pretty much a 9 out of 10 review, or better. :) Not bad considering that I thought this game wasn't going to be as good as advertised. I'll be getting this game now! :)

Nice score. I'm not going to get it, but it's still nice to see the DS getting some great games. I'm excited for the some of the RPGs that just came out and few others in April/May.

and they won't give platinum higher than a 9 i bet.

Seriously, I think GS hates Pokemon's sequel in the trilogies. I'm expecting at-least an 8, maybe higher with the Battle Frontier and the setting of the Distortion World.

And I agree with the fact that GS loves GTA, but I have to say, I'm glad CW was on the DS, and I may get it too.

I totally was not expecting this. I don't think anyone was really expecting this. Hoping, maybe...

I was thinking 7.5 - 8.5 max (but really I was expecting a 7.5).

I am pleasantly suprised. I guess I'll have to get this game now.

Ive played it for a couple of hours and so far Im thinking this score is pretty darn accurate. The graphics are so good and its been a ton of fun to play.

Really Ive only done a few missions too. All Ive been doing is driving around selling drugs:).

mario kart and pokemon platinum are like 1 grain of sand to the whole universe(GTA CW)forget it pokemon and mario kart beating GTA will be in your dreams

As i hate to admit, and i still think GTA is the most overrated series ever, i still have to recognize that Nintendo did a good move with this game, and hoperfully will bring a whole new lot of players to the DS system, making it ever more popular than it already is.

Don't get me wrong, i still didn't fall for the hype and and i will stay far away from those GTA games, but facts are facts. ;)
