GTA Chinatown wars GPS overlay

Anyone know how to overlay GPS directions onto the top screen? I've read in reviews that you can but just can't find a way to do it myself...

Go to system settings, it should have various top screen options.

On mine it has a line on the road, leading to where I marked on the map.

yup under settings and the option is "GPS on top screen"
