Today is the Death my Pink ds lite.. My 23 year old brother steped on my pink ds and broke it in half...isn't that crazy? wow..and it was going to turn a Whole year old next month....well , it was getting old anyways , it had scratches on it anyway..so what do you think about it? Both of my brothers said that they were going to give me a new one soon.
I understand how you feel. My original DS got snapped in half, my niece threw it on the floor :o. My white DS Lite another niece of mine spill water on it and it died :cry:. Yes i know, my nieces are DS killers :evil:. Now i have a new black DS Lite, and no one is touching it.

I sent my DS Lite into Nintendo a while ago because the screens would flicker and they sent me a brand new one (same color) within a week.
Well you're still under warranty so what I would do is get the DS sent in and you get a new one, Then make your brother give you money for the DS since he was gonna get you one anyway :D
