Guitar Hero 3 or Rock band for Wii?!

I need help on choosing either Guitar hero 3 or Rock Band for my birth day (this coming week ;D)

Please choose on which game you prefer and why should I get it.

GH3. Rock band on the Wii is a cut down version. It costs around the same as the 360 or PS3 version but has only hlaf the content.Durhamster

Since RB didn't use Nintendo's Standard on guitar & drums (Wii Remote in them), they can't work with GH.

Wait for Gh4 or RB2... GH3 is about to be outdated, and doesnt have downlaodable content (But does have online play). RB = no online play, no downloadable content, no character customization.... Sure theirs Track packs, but a majority of the songs on the packs arent the best.. in my opinion. Gh4 = downloadable content on the Wii. not sure about about Rockband 2, but more then likely it will.EndlessPunisher

Agreed, I would wait and get GH:WT if possible but GH3 if u want it right now.

Guitar Hero seems pretty nice but Rock Band's multiplayer is just a must have for me.

i always have friends over and parties on weekends most of the times

still need help >.<

I would wait and buy GH:WT to get the better guitar (and drums/mic if you want). Then I would buy GH3 and GH:Aerosmith games seperately.Rocky32189

this is a good idea, unless you want 2 guitars. then get GH3 for b-day and WT for christmas
