Halo DS footage... was it under development by EA?

First of all, check out this crazy footage of Halo DS in action. Me WAnt!!

Apparently the game was in dvelopment by EA of all people. Can someone confirm this?

Canned just before release..........................okay, that makes it sound believable. FARRT NOISE!

besides the point.... is anyone excited about dragon quest viiii with the drag n' drop??

Ah people the developer of Halo confired that DS versions were pitched to them. Playable demos. Lots of these demos are made that you never hear of or even see.

Some of these demos in fact are later made into games when the publisher accepts the pitch.

Quite a few canned games were almost or entirely complete.
