I really enjoy my Nintendo DSi but I find my hands cramp really easy while playing it. I was just wondering if anyone else suffers with the same problems. I find it really bad when playing games such as Ninja Gaiden, Dementium, etc. It's not so bad with traditional button function games but games that require alot of stylus use can get bad. I hope Nintendo makes there future system a little more ergonomic for players with big hands or at least adds two analog control sticks. They should just make a portable that is shaped more like a controller with a screen in it. Oh well, guess I will just have to live with hand cramps for now..LOL.

How do you hold the stylus? Holding it in two or three fingers shouldn't crap your hands. They aren't supposed to be held like a pencil... You should be logically having more trouble with traditional button function games, lol. Try playing DJ Max for extended periods of time on the PSP and you will know the true meaning of hand cramps. :p

I've never had trouble with hand cramps and my DSi, and my hands are pretty big. Then again, I've never played a real demanding game in terms of button pressing.

My hands never cramped, at least i don't remember if they did, but my thumb one day felt somewhat sore, i think it was from all that button pushing on the right hand :(.

Are you lying down on the bed or couch when u play? If you play sideways, thats probably what's causing it.

Well the DS kinda makes my hands hurt when playing games in bed before getting to sleep.

That's mainly case of the position, because I'm either laying on my stomach, which makes my hands hurt from leaning on elbows; or laying on my back which is bad too, since I have to hold the thing up.

I never had the problem on the go, like in a bus or anything.

Heh, that's me too. For some reason, every point'n'click adventure DS game gave me this.

unless one hand is not in my pants it doesnt cramp up the slightest. It depends on the game... with those notebook format games eg. Hotel Dusk & Brain training it happened--but I got used to it.

My hands don't have any problems, except when I'm playing Rhythmn Heaven sometimes. The way you have to hold the DS hurts myy wrist after an hour or so. :?
