Yah, sure.  Do you remember warping to the Gerudo Desert?  Ironically, once you warp there, there is a hole (I think it's right behind you) leading into a room with a balancy style elevation.  This is the first level of the Cave of Ordeals.  You continue to proceed downward.  Be equipped and have some potions.

I hope that gets you there.  There is a FAQ on it if you run into trouble.  I will be honest.  The reward is no where near the benefit of accomplishing the task of reaching level 50.  It is rather fun, anyway.  I waited until late in the game to tackle it, so I had every item already and plenty of heart containers.  The first time, I guess I reached level 48, but didn't realize how close I was to defeating it.  Then I got a bit upset, knowing how close I had gotten, so I just had to go back.  I won't tell you what you get, mainly because it won't help you much any way. ;)  Good luck.

The difficulty is the only problem I saw in Twilight Princess, it's way too easy. Everything else is great.

the Cave of Ordeals is the only thing that can be considered of the "hardest" task. Everything else is just the least easiest.. lol

Maybe it was me, but this game didn't live up to it's predicessor's in difficulty wise. The whole game was rather easy.

Yeti's wife wasn't that hard.  The entire temple/dungeon was pretty hard and annoying though.  I have yet to beat the Cave of Ordeals (but made it to level 48 :()

I had a harder time beating Yeti snowboarding down the mountain.  That was annoying, and the prize for beating him wasn't worth the task...

I'm such a tool...Sorry, I should have started this board by saying that it seemed like it took longer for me to beat Yeta's wife down the hill (snowboarding) than completing the Cave of Ordeals!  lol

You'll get a piece of heart from them after you beat her.

That definitely blew.  I could get close, but it seemed like the last group every time kept getting me.  I got upset, but I had the magic armor already and used that, which took out all of the fun.  Yes I know--cart before the horse (I should have done it before dumping 2000 rupies.

I thought the cave of ordeals was a challenge. It started out too slow and ended to difficult however. And there wasent much of a reward.

Wow, I beat Yeta first try, she was easy. :P

Cave of Ordeals was much harder, espeically with that room full of ice enemies. Ugh! Lost something like 12 hearts there!

Rollgoal and the puzzle to get the master sword (the one with the two statues moving to get to two specific spots in the sacred grove) were far greater in terms of difficulty (in my opinion)

One word, FISHING. I mainly bought the Strategie guide to help me fish in the beginning of the game, I just couldn't catch anything whatsoever! I just wanted to spear the cat on a stake and give her to the women! [ Well I found out that I needed to pull in with the remote instead of pulling over my sholder, worst 3 hours of my life. ]

by the way about yeta the actual boss. How out of character I mean so different from other zelda's was the part just after she looked at the mirror shard and turned around, at the beggining of her transformation. It was cool just before it happened, i mean you could tell that she was going to transform, but when she turned around it was so ... weird. Atleast it was memorable. and I agree fishing at the start was soooooo frustrating. had friends over and everyone was hyped bout zelda and started sith fishing. stayed with it for about 2 hours and when it was getting good. they had to go . Damn that was annoying. I later figured out when the screen zooms in and the fish cant be seen then you tug

Yeta was pretty easy. So was the Cave of Ordeals. Did both on my first time. Cave of Ordeals was interesting due to the fact that I simply ran and jumped to the middle of the room without even seeing what kind of enemies were there. Needless to say, the Re-Dead and Ice rooms were fun >_>

Cave of Ordeals was difficult and took a lot of timethegame458

I finished it in my second time through it, the first time I died in the level where 3 armored units attack you (I think it's level 48).
I found it to be pretty easy if you have 4 fairies.

Cave of Ordeals with only 3 hearts, no magic armor, no bottled items is next to impossible, i got right down to the 2-3 to last room on my last try but it was impossible. The main one player story and last boss battle are all quite easy with 3 hearts, which is a shame.

Nah, the race wasn't that hard. Got it after my third try (kept falling off the damn short-cut) x) The Cave of Ordeals was fun, lasted long, but wasn't really that hard. Finished it with my first try, didn't even use a bottle. Finished it for my second try yesterday, and man! It was hard. Try beating it with no shield (burn the wooden one), the first sword, and try to not use any bottles. Now, THAT'S a challenge. It became rediculous while fighting the three knights.

Cave of ordeals was super tough, but getting a heart piece in the mountains by using my spinner took me a long time.
