Harvest moon Tree of Tranquility: about trees

Please help me out about tree, I have readed on the websites about the planting of trees. Two websites had answered some another solutions.

First one is talking about, if you plant one three and they will rise twe whole seasons. So if I plant in summer and it will give the fruits or something else on winter, then can I ship it in the Shipping box during whole the fall season.

The second one talking, some fruit trees or other trees has some days before giving the fruits and something else.

So what is true, I'm so confused about it right now! What answer is correct, please tell me the truth one out there!
