Is the Sensor Bar durable and tough?

I was just wondering if anybody has ever dropped their sensor bar on a hard surface and if it survived.

It's easy to buy a replacement anyway. Nintendo makes their products quite durable.

It is pretty sturdy. I've dropped it off my TV a million times and I accidentally stepped on it once and there isn't even a scratch on it.

All the sensor bar is are some LEDs and some wire. There isn't really much to break in the thing. I wouldn't worry about it breaking if I was you.

Nope. Looks pretty weak but all it needs to function is those LEDs.

Mine fell very hard on a tile floor about 2 or 3 times now. It doesn't look it but that little thing can take a beating! The thing I'm more worried about it my step-mom's idiot cats chewing through that thin little wire.

i have, and wonder if I broke something. now at random times, the cursor on the screen will jump/flicker around the screen by an inch or two (from where it should be) as i move it around. 90% of the time its fine. Anybody else experienced this? I thought it was the controller but new controller does the same thing.
