I played Galaxy at my local Gamestop. It was suprisingly great. The graphics were amazingly good for a Wii game and everything controlled perfectly. It was pretty easy, but it might take a while to realize that the gravity will keep you on the planet. I kept thinking that I was going to fall of the edge of the planet, but then I remembered that I would just walk around it.
I have to admit that at first I wasn't really planning on buying Galaxy, but after playing the demo, I pre-ordered my own copy. :D
i was at GameStop tonight and they had the game in the kiosk thing and the kid in front of me was playing it while i was waiting. and then hebanged the nunchuck on something and broke it! so of course they couldn't fix it and i didn't get to play. :(
There are about 4 threads with this topic now. You can see my other comments on those threads, but it was slick! The graphics didn't blow me away or anything like most people are saying, but the reorientation tricks and controls sure did. If you want to take a look I'm pretty sure it is everywhere, I live in a little town outside of Salt Lake City UT. the Kiosks are at gamestop. It was quite something and made me want to preorder it on the spot.
i work at eb games, and i took the copy home for the night and played it, for abour 4 hours, i got about 16 stars. it was great, i loved every minute of it, and i didnt want to stop playing, but i had to be to work at 9 the next day. so i kindof had to, also. the prankster coments are really neat, they let you sent a certain coment to a stage, be it, speed or mirror, or one of the other ones i forgot aboutr. but with the speed one, i sent it to the honeycomb boss stage, ad i had to beat it again, but in a certain amount of time, and if you do beat it, you get another star, it was really neat, cant wait to see how the other prankster coments work
