Not even japanese players? Or, does the game allowed Japanese players to play with other people, like Americans? The story mode is pretty good. I haven't tried online mode yet because I can't seem to find other players online :(

I guess some of us around here need to exchange friend codes.[QUOTE="buwiset"]Not even japanese players? 5 minutes is less than i used to wait for a mario kart DS online match :PWell, my question is, is the camera angling and precision good? Also, games that use too many shifting cameras might make me queasy. Is the game like that? I looked up some clips on youtube, but i didn't seem to see too much about that.i got it yesterday its amaizing
i give it 8,5
r u planing to get it ?

I looked up some clips on youtube, but i didn't seem to see too much about that. The targeting/camera take some getting used to and it isn't perfect by any means. Its really the games biggest flaw but I still find myself enjoying it.i got it yesterday its amaizing

Thanks for aking this question. I was about to write one myself, and let me tell you that I'm pretty excited about the realease of this game, I haven't play all Phantasy Star games, but it was pretty good for me. I would like to play it online too. I always say that I just download games that I cant get easily, like japanese ones, or games not worth to buy. I'll have to buy this amazing game for what I read.
i've put more time into the game.
i wrote somewhere in another post that i had an issue with the controls and the camera angling when moving and in battle. i've found that with time, i've gotten used to it.
getting used to it is one thing; disliking the camera angling and the centering while moving is another. a lot of people said to disregard my comments on what i thought about the whole ordeal, because you'll get used to it.
i haven't played any other phantasy star games, so i don't know if the way the camera moves is just staying true to the series or if this is just the way it is with this game. like i said, the game is a good game overall; i find nothing more entertaining than a plethora of weapons to use from a wealth of different usable classes in an rpg style game. i've also gotten used to the controls, but i still think that the control scheme and the camera functioning could have been a lot better.
anyway, when you're moving around, especially in town, you move and run along a linear path, which is diagonal for whatever reason. while you can center the camera on the fields when you're exploring and fighting with L, you can't while in town, and i always seem to forget that. i'll be moving around and accidentally press the L button, and my character does some stupid emoticon action that greatly annoys me.
i've always been a critic of sorts, and while i sound particularly harsh on aspects of this game, i do like it, so don't let that throw you off. if i truly disliked the game, i wouldn't have wasted my time writing anything about it.
good luck on picking it up hydra. i think it's definitely worth it.
I bought it today. the thing is that I'm going to see if someone tries to hack into my internet, because that is very possible when you switch the internet to WEP. If no one tries to do it, then I will play the game. I'm doing this so that i can keep my internet on WEP 24/7, so i can use it without bothering my siblings when they use the internet, since that could make it a hassle switching it back and forth.i've put more time into the game.
