has nintendo snatched my wii?

My wii was messing up, i sent it to nintendo, and they said i could monitor progress on their website.

With the 'special code' and stuff, all it says about it is

What does that mean?

sounds like they are just listing what console they are working on for you. I mean the console is white and rvl reminds me of Revolution, don't know what assy means. How long have they had it? maybe they just started working on it or something?
