Has there been any, I mean any, talk of Eternal Darkness for the Wii?

Has anyone heard about this?  I loved the GC game and think this would be perfect for the Wii.

Silicon Knights always hated their deal with Nintendo. They got out of it as fast as they legally could.

As far as I understand, Nintendo owns the name "Eternal Darkness". They could get another developer to create a game in that series, I suppose. Considering how badly Eternal Darkness sold though, I doubt we'll see Nintendo sink anymore money into the franchise. I think Eternal Darkness has become the Gamecube's Kid Icarus.

Seriously. I love Denis Dyack and his team, but they take forever to make games. In a way, though, I don't mind because they actually take the time to make a high quality game. The story of Eternal Darkness is extremely well told, and the gameplay, whatever qualms some may have with it, is flawless in its execution. Everything works how it's supposed to. And the graphics were great for back then, especially since it was mostly finished as an N64 game before it was switched to the Gamecube.

Too Human is scheduled to be released later this year, finally, and I expect it to be ridiculously amazing.
