Have you bought a Wii game this year?

I have not. Theres just been nothing of interest to me at all. That being said I couldn't bemore excited for Skyward Sword

I... have not. WOW, that is depressing. In fact, I haven't bought any DS games either... wow, what am I doing with my life?

To be fair, I had a substantial backlog on my Wii, so I've been going through that. I've recently been enjoying Epic Mickey, No More Heroes 2, and Sin & Punishment: Star Successor (SO hard). And I want to pick up 999 on DS at some point, whenever (if ever) it goes down in price. I also just got an Xbox 360 (from my former roommate), so Portal 2 and Outland have been fun.

Skyward Sword will be pre-ordered once it has a release date, too.

Sid Meiers Pirates Overlord Dark Legend Resident Evil 4 Bought all three for under $10. I still plan on buying de Blob 2 sometime this year.meetroid8

Does it have to be a game that released this year? I picked up Sin & Punishment a little whil ago and will probably pick up Super Paper Mario at the price drop.

None. The only one I'm going to buy is Skyward Sword which will probably be my last Wii game too.

I really need to hold on to my money in order to achieve my goal.

A lot actually:

* Little King´s Story (10 out of 10 for me!)

* Kirbi´s Epic Yarn (9 at least from my co-op playing time with my daughter)

* Donkey Kong Country Returns (If more than 10 would be possible...)

* DanceDanceRevolution (kind of disappointment but passable)

* Call of Duty Black Ops (I'll say 8 just because the zombie mode is great fun but FPS are not really my thing)

* Speedracer (one of my favorite racing games, underappreciated but at least an 8 for me)

* RB Beatles (my family and Iove to play it a lot, and is the more psychedelic version of RB :P )

* Bit Trip Runner (just great! and 8 for me) * Lead the Meerkats (disappointing again, 6 as much)

* And some others I can't recall at this moment...

Now looking forward to Arc Rise, perhaps Tales of Symphonia and Fragile, and several Wiiware titles. Although I wouldn't mind finding NSMB:W for cheap or Trauma Center Team :D

The only other game I'll be buying this year is Skyward Sword (of course), which is pretty pathetic. The only other new game I bought this year was Pokemon White, and I bought a used copy of Age of Mythologies DS back in May or June.

I got the Super Mario Bros 25th Anniversery Edition and that was all. Nothing else has came out this year that has interested me on the Wii. :(

I've had no need to, the 2011 Wii titles so far have been poor. I don't even think I bought one in 2010 either, the Wii's just too old now, anxciously awaiting the WiiU at the moment.

Yes I have. I bought Lost in Shadows last month for $30. It came out in January, but I was waiting for a price drop.

It's a pretty good game, it's got an amazing art styIe/direction.

I am having a problem with too many games at the moment; I just can't resist a good bargain. Sure there are not many new releases coming, but there are so many good games available for low prices to catch up on. My two purchases in the past week are still in the cellophane while I work through Pikmin and finish off Cursed Mountain, and I still have a large list of games I want to buy with de Blob 2, Xenoblade and Bit.Trip Complete next up.

I do agree that Xenoblade should be localized, but there are games coming out, games that are left unnoticed because of the Operation Rainfall hype.Minishdriveby
