topic: I looked around and found the Pinball Hall of fame game. The box just screamed budget title, but overall it's a really good buy for $20. Also it may be "casual" but even OrderUplooks intriguing and I may probably even buy it when I can find it used. I guess my question is, do you think the moniker of budget title attracts a sometimes unfair stigma of being a bad game? Sure there are alot of examples of some really atrocious games with the title, but there are alot of un-sung good games which people seemed to pass up just because there not "AAA" titles.
Well I will be getting Oder Up! Tomoro. But Mercury Meltdown is a great game and other then that the 5 other "budget" games I have bought are tucked away:P
Geometry Wars Galaxies, was another great one which nobody seemed to care about. I dont know but personally i'm getting tired of these "Wheres my Mario and Zelda" threads. Either these people are only interested in mascot driven games, or they never even bothered to look at the already fun games on the system.
I heard No More Heroes is like 25$ now so I may go pick that up.. I think I might pick up Blast Works as well, along with Viewtiful Joe 1/2 for 5$ each lol
Yea, just last week. Dave Mirra BMX Challenge (Wii). $8.00 at Toys R Us. It got horrible reviews on-line but all in all I enjoyed it. Its just a racing game on bikes more or less. Its fun to play in multi-player with friends.
Yes, I have bought Rampage: Total Destruction for 30 euros. It got crap reviews, but so did the previous games and I loved them. I had loads of fun with this title. It is poor technically, but just very addictive and enjoyable to me.

This is very interesting because PS3 and 360 games will put you back $60 per game. This is completely different from the Wii as a really good title can go from $40-$20 (AAA are still $50). I don't know about you, but I'd rather buy a mediocre budget Wii game, then buy a mediocre $60 PS3/360 game.
Mercury Meltdown Revolution and Williams Pinball collection. If you like pinball, its a great recreation of actual classic pinball tables. For cheap, it's a lot of fun and very relaxing.

Given mediocre for $20-40 or mediocre $50-60 it makes it easy to choose. And if you buy enough games that is the very reason you end up buying them for the Wii.
