I'd choose between new super mario bros or mario kart, thet last one has wifi which is good, but the first one is fun and simple. You can check the DS recommendation thread for advice on other good games.

i would recommend Mario Kart, BEST ds purchase i have ever made. it was cheep and worth the money x3.

I would go for Mario Kart, excellent time killer and a lot of fun to play online.
