help me!!!!whats wrong

ok....my wii makes a really loud noise when its going. can someone tell me whats wrong?

ohh man i noticed this also. when i play ToS2, during the skits. the thing sounds like a train is running over VCR's

Mine's got louder over time, I think a lot of people's have.

It happens more during certain games. MP3 is quite noisy in the drive, as is Brawl during the long load when you boot up. I don't think it's anything to worry about. 

That's why I love playing digital games on my Wii.  No need to raise the volume on my TV with that chainsaw loud of a disk drive not running.  I remember back in the days when it was only a mild hum...  I miss those days. :(SomeOddGuy

I've heard many different comparisons before.  The funniest I've heard was at my local GameCrazy, when they tell me they can't stand the disk drive when its running.  One of them compared it to a lawnmower.
