ok....my wii makes a really loud noise when its going. can someone tell me whats wrong?

The only time mine makes loud noises is when a match in brawl is loading. It makes a clicking noise

Mine has been doing that for ages, I don't think its damaging the console.

That's why I love playing digital games on my Wii.  No need to raise the volume on my TV with that chainsaw loud of a disk drive not running.  I remember back in the days when it was only a mild hum...  I miss those days. :(

Mine's got louder over time, I think a lot of people's have.

It happens more during certain games. MP3 is quite noisy in the drive, as is Brawl during the long load when you boot up. I don't think it's anything to worry about.

I found out that you need to loosen up a screw with a tri wing screwdriver. Im going to buy one.

I've heard many different comparisons before.  The funniest I've heard was at my local GameCrazy, when they tell me they can't stand the disk drive when its running.  One of them compared it to a lawnmower.
