I just bought Pokemon soulsilver on the ds and I have just got into Kanto. But to catch a Suicune you also need to see it in vermilion city. Apparentley Eusine is supposed to meet you, talk to you when you see him in the port of S.S Aqua, after you arrive in vermilion city. But here is my problem, when I finally got into vermilion city, Eusine wasn't there to talk to me. So if you have any help whatsoever please post it in this topic.
