Anyway, I think I had that same problem a little awhile ago for no apparent reason.. try restarting your computer, and then plug it in when you have a profile open, and try following the steps again? Haha I dunno..

The USB doesnt work well with some comcast modems, that's why I can't connect... sob sob:cry:Red_Trigger

I have comcast... no cable tv though, which is lame (though the last thing I need are more shows to watch... seriously.)

The same thing happened to me until I got a Cat. (just kidding)JAREDJR

I think the trick is to experiment with turning off the console before/after you plug in the thingy, and try moving the console closer.
