HELP! This is urgent!! (56k Warning)

So I got my DS yesterday and I noticed today...

I closed it without turning the power off and when I opened it I noticed something on the bottom screen!

It was a glare of colors just there for like a split second.. If you dont know what I mean here:

Is this normal or is it bad? If its bad should I be concerned?
