Help with LOZ:TP (WARNING!! SPOILERS)

I need some help with the final boss in Zelda.  I have defeated Ganondorfs puppet but Ganon is giving me some trouble.  When I first start the fight Midna has her hand out to stop Ganon but if I get hit a couple of times then she stops. Has anyone else had this happen or know what I'm doing wrong?

you have to grab him simaler to the stuff at the goron dudes house , MAKE SURE IRON BOOTA ARE ON

then when  he is down go ballistic

If I'm not mistaken you have to grab him as the wolf with Midna but she doesn't pull out her hand.

Well...I didnt use neither of those :S...

When he has just transformed... I used the ball and chain??(If thats the name :P)... Just circle around until you find the portal he is coming from (It turns blue) And hit him in the head with the ball and chain...he will fall to the ground..and then you hit him with your sword on the belly.

Then after a few times, he will begin to make random movements, so you wont be able to use the ball and chain, Midna will tell you this and tell you to use the Wolf form, Beast against Beast. On Wolf form...you have to wait until he comes from the portal and just when he is about to hit you a A button will pop up...you press the A button at the right time, and then you have to press it repeatly times to stop him, them a (Left of Right) Will pop up... and you will have to move the joystiq to the left or right to make him drop to the ground, you have to actually press it each time, not to simply hold it there, for Example, press to the right, then release to the center, then to the right...blabla...Understood?... the you hit him in the belly again...and repeat the process until he is defeated.
