Gamespot reviewed it a 5.0... which is actually a little lower than most other sites and magazines, but after reading parts of the review I'm not entirely sure they judged it fairly. They complained about the difficulty, but yet there was an added "Easy" option to solve that problem, because the original had the same issue. Also, to note, they got the name of the game wrong, it's "Running Blue Earth" not "Ruining Blue Earth." Anyway, I'm still deciding what I want to spend my $30 on, and this game came to mind, but I don't think I'll be buying it based upon most of the bad reviews.
i looked forward to this game (not intimidated by its difficulty) but when reading about how 1up critisized the unbalanced magic system it does draw a point (even if magicinmostgames are pretty powerful)
But in this case, they DIDN'T misspell the game's name because it IS Ruining Blue Earth. This time, it is REVOLUTIONfreak who has made the error.Platyphyllum
I read alotof reviews about this game and i heard its mediocre at best, I still wanna play it though. LOLZ HEY GUYZ THEY MISSPELLED THE NAME OF THE GAME ITS " RUNNING BLUE EARTH" NOT "RUINING BLUE EARTH" HAHAHAHAHAHAH U R SO FUNNY.
