House of the Dead Overkill

i was wondering how house of the dead overkill is? If anybody could give me some feedback on how it is i would appreciate it. One more question is this gonna be worth buying or just maybe rent it?

I watched some trailers for it yesterday and it looks good. I'm gonna rent it (unless I can get it for a good price on eBay/Amazon).
