How did you buy your DS?

i just want to know, because i don't think i should spend money on a DS Lite when i have a working DS Phat, but i'm really not sure. if one of the choices in the poll doesn't showyour answer, please post it on this topic. thanks

I got a DS phat at launch, but the L button stopped working, i lost all my stylus' and the screen protectors messed up my screens.

So i got a DS lite around launch, and its awesome.

i bought a DS phat for 130 when it came with hunters demo and mario 64DS for free from walmart.com

And i thought i had a deal. 1 year later.. its all about the lite :- , o well, at least i got SM64 free.

I got the lite one .......

My DS stories:

I sold my phat DS when the lite came out and got a polar white one.

A few weeks ago i found a black DS lite. hehehe.

Now i have both!

me and my bro bought phats just after the release....i had to trade mine in once, and my bro twice, because we brought them home and they had bad pixels on the screen.

and, btw, the lite feels like i could snap it in half with one hand... so, i never got one XD

I have a DS (phat) And never got a lite. I'm happy with my DS and I think you should keep yours too. I think there's no point in getting a Lite if your other DS still works.

i just bought u ds phat when it came out.

i bought a lite when they first came out, but none of my friends owned a DS. I was dead keen for some multiplayer so I went out and picked up a cheap phat for my friends to play when they come round.

Im loving both units :D

I have a DS (phat) And never got a lite. I'm happy with my DS and I think you should keep yours too. I think there's no point in getting a Lite if your other DS still works.

Well, I had my DS Phat for years and recently got the Lite. The brighter screen is great and it just looks nicer. But yeah, if you're happy with your Phat, no need to buy a Lite. I'm keeping my Phat. Toughest handheld I've ever seen. It's been dropped numerous times and has nary a dent on it! lol
