How do I connect?

Ok I just got a Wii today, and I tried to connect to the internet. I have DLINK wireless router, and I did the whole setup thing like...going to Wii Options going to internet and they got the wireless roucter detected but it says I need to key or password, and the thing is I just don't know what it is exactly for...I don't know if they are asking for a Network key or something....but I don't know what my network key is...soo I am all confused in what to do...I don't want to reset my dlink router again, so is there anyway I can find my network key (if is that what i need) i really want to try out all the Channels that are acsessed to the internet...cna someone help me has soon has possible?!

Your router most likely has some sort of connection encryption enabled. You can find out your router's SSID and key (WEP, WPA, etc.) by opening your router's control panel from any browser. Check your instruction manual to find out what IP address you'll need to get to it. For example, for a Linksys router, the default IP is 192.168.1.1.

It's asking for your WEP key

Whoever set up your router put that in.

Just as another member said you have to enter the router from your web browser and then configure the settings (it sounds a lot more complicated then it really is)
