How do I get a tank in GTA Chinatown Wars?

Where do you get the tank in this game? I did it one time but, stupidly, forgot to make note of where I found it. A specific region on the map would be helpful. Like, someone told me it's at the airport, but I don't know where that is on the map. So...help me.

i think you go to GPS, the you go to odd jobs, and i forgot the name, but one of them lead you to buy cars, but im not sure if that is the place that where he said
