The Wii comes with Flash Player 7. Adobe hasn't released the SDK for Flash Player 9, and that's what the new YouTube theme uses. You can't really use YouTube or video sites on your Wii anymore.
But it does have Flash Player. Just an older version.
Most flash things work from my Wii. However if the flash file is too big it may show half or none of the video or game. Ex: Bloons Castle Defense. (or whatever the name) Try re-downloading it to your Wii.
